Hibiscus is very popular in parts of North Africa, typically found on street corners and in cafe’s. In Egypt, wedding celebrations are toasted with Hibiscus. Rosehip is often used to make jams, jellys, marmalade and even wine. Native American women used Rosehip for tea and as a dinner vegetable.
Directions: 1 level teaspoon per 200ml water. Steep for 5 to 10 minutes. For iced tea, allow to cool.
